Foto Friday...Self Portraits

I must admit...this was really (REALLY ) hard for me. I thought of posting nothing at all...Ive been sick...busy sewing Essies costume for Halloween, baking pies...whatever. I dont particularly like getting my picture taken...and by me? My worst critic? I managed to get a few that I thought would be creative enough for Foto Friday...and while it is not Friday, and they are late...I am sort of glad...this was an uncomfortable one...but the results came out well I think.

The one up above is me with Asher. This is "who I am" at the moment. Ask me about 12 years ago and I would have posted a bride in fluff:) I love being a Mom, and while I am still "me" it is "me" even better:) God is so good to me.

This was me playing with the bathroom mirror "trying" to be creative. Sooo...this is me...Pleased to meet you! Well, here it is Wednesday again...and i find myself thinking of you, knowing that you might "stop over". Today I am going to my womens group, and I hope you have a good day too. Soup is in the crockpot...and will greet me with good smells when I arrive home. Whats for supper at your house? Hope you have a really fabulous day Jenn!

"WATER"

I did not have a lot of time to get the water photos I would have liked to have had...but I did have a number of good shots that I could use. The first is from Great Wolf Lodge...an indoor water park. This is the Huge bucket that drenches you...sometimes you pay for water.

Sometimes water makes you think....just by looking at it.

A GOOD TIME...

Guess what we did today? We visited the apple orchard and had a wonderfully delicious time! Lots and lots and lots of photos follow.

WORKING HARD...

Look at all of the apples on the ground. This was due to the wind storm the night before...it was like this all the way up every row....you could barely get to the trees without stepping on them. You can buy "drop" apples cheaper...we did not opt to do this, as the kids wanted to "pick" theirs...and I did too!

I love sleeping pictures...they are sooo peaceful, and I just cant help myself. Somewhere I have sleeping shots of Isaac...but I dont know where. These just make me smile. Especially the ones of Esther with Asher...she did the same thing with Elijah when he was a baby...and I got shots of those too...somewhere. Hope your day is going well:)
