THE FIGHT ON FLAB UPDATE!


Okay...I havent LOST any real weight...just those previous inches. It could have been that cheesecake I made. (I make the best cheesecake in the world.--Seriously I do, and I dont mind saying so!) So nothing really concrete to report except for the fact that I am doing really well at keeping it going! I am going to up the stairmaster to the next level! The FIGHT ON FLAB continues!

I would take inches ANY DAY OF THE WEEK.

And keeping it going is the hardest part (for me anyway). It is easy to be gung-ho at first and then fizzle out.

Great job Wendy! I am proud of you and jealous all at the same time! ;-) More proud though. :-)

Speaking of losing weight: I have determined that as soon as this snow vanishes, I am going to start walking every morning and evening and I am trying REALLY hard to eat right. Yesterday, I reached for a piece of chocolate because I was starved at 9:30 am and then put it back down and cut up a red pepper and snacked on that whenever I wanted. And it tasted GOOD. I was SO proud of myself, that is very unlike me.

Hmmm-best cheesecake huh? I think I have heard that before. What is your specialty? Plain cheesecake with some sort of fruit topping or flavored cheesecake?

I hated cheesecake up until about 2 years ago. Actually, I don't think I hated it, I think I *THOUGHT* I would hate it so I never tried it.

But now it is my most favorite dessert. Abby Owen made a two-tone cheesecake that converted me.

Wow-anything ELSE about me you wanna know? sheesh Sometimes I just get going. All the more reason for a real visit. I am starved for it!

Ha ha...my cheesecake is plain, very rich, and has a yummy topping that I top with pie cherries, or fresh fruit...depends on the season.


I always thought when I was prego that it was okay not to exercise..haha. I did prego workout videos...but nothing too much. Getting out and walking will make you feel better though :-)
